Being first-time homebuyers, we were intimidated by the mortgage process, but Anthony made sure all of our many questions were answered thoroughly and that the pre-approval and application processes went as smoothly, speedily, and stress-free as possible. We felt comfortable with and confident about Anthony from our first interaction, our pre-approval call. We came with a lot of questions, and Anthony answered all of them well and never made us feel rushed to get through the pre-approval or silly for asking anything. He also worked backward from our ideal maximum monthly mortgage payment to define our pre-approval amount so we didn’t end up with a number that would get us more house than we were comfortable with. Our pre-approval letter came with a clear documentation checklist, and that allowed us to organize and prepare different forms so that on the day that our offer was accepted, we were able to send Anthony everything he needed to get the application going. With our speed in submitting documentation and responsiveness to questions and signature requests, we had our conditional approval just 10 days after sending all of our documents in. We had a number of other questions throughout the process, even about hypothetical options, and Anthony was prompt and thorough with his communication. What started as one of the most intimidating parts of buying a home turned out to be one of the smoothest parts thanks to Anthony and his team.
